Why should I join a Community Group?

At Remedy Church, Community Groups are designed to accomplish three major things.

1.) Deeper study of the Bible. Each Community Group will have a more in depth study from Sunday’s sermon.  There will be deeper discussion from the sermon and questions you can answer about how to apply the text to your life.

2.) Accountability. Every Community Group will have accountability.  Our relationship with Christ is absolutely personal, however it is not private.  We are not designed to fight in sanctification alone.  We need each other.  Community groups are a place where we can share our struggles and pray for each other.  We can build relationships with each other to push each other on in Christ.

3.) Local Missions. Every Community Group will be actively serving in the community.  This is very important to Remedy Church.  Each group will decide how they want to serve in the community.  They will organize themselves and serve locally around once per month.
