Did you know Remedy was almost three years old?
On January 25, 2012 Remedy will be 3 years old (technically). We launched our first public service on January 25, 2009, although we had been gathering together as a body for prayer and study and community service for about 6 months before that. Anyway, I digress…
These three years, I have been working (pretty much) full time at Remedy. We have had different people working on part-time levels for Remedy. Here’s the GREAT NEWS:
God has granted us favor and growth, and in this month, Ben Reinken has joined Remedy Church on a full-time basis!
This is great news! It is wonderful to have someone else working on staff with me that is full-time! 2012 is going to be an awesome year at Remedy. God has some great things in store for us.
You might be asking, “What will Ben be doing?” The better question, is, “What can’t Ben do?” He is able to do SO MUCH! Ben will continue leading worship, and developing our entire creative side. On top of these things, Ben will be doing A LOT of Administration. Ben is VERY gifted in administration. Therefore, as we are growing over this next year, and all the administrative tasks continue to pile up, Ben will be doing these things, overseeing many areas in the church. This allows me to continue my focus on studying the Word and being able to come on Sundays well prepared to deliver the Word of God to the church.
Join me in two things:
1.) Giving God the glory for His favor on Remedy Church, and seeing what He has for us in 2012.
2.) Welcoming Ben to Remedy (full-time) and thanking him for serving!
To God be all the glory!
In Christ Alone,
—John (Phud) Chambers
